• To minimise the after submission queries from the FCA, we will prepare your firm's policies and procedures, business plan, internal control procedures and other supporting documents in a manner that answer most questions first time round
• The final application pack will be then sent to you for review before submission

After Submission queries:

Our consultants will be on hand to help you answering any question the FCA case officer may ask after the application has been submitted. We will ensure the responses are sent to the case officer in professional manner and to the point.

We will also be with you if the FCA requires further discussion on the application.

Final Outcome:

Once satisfied, the FCA case officer may issue some pre-approval conditions to meet before final authorisation. We will assist you to meet those conditions.

When you receive the final authorisation letter and your company is listed in FCA public register, we will arrange a meeting with you to hand over the compliance manual and framework and to discuss all the commitments made in the application which now need to be implemented in practice.
